Even one or two chargebacks can get a small business shut down. We will 100% work with you to get your money back. If you have any questions at all about our return or cancelation policy please reach out to us at hello@justanagent and a team member will get with you ASAP.

Our return policy is simple. We allow you to cancel your subscription up to 72 hours past the billing date. No questions asked - we will return your money in full if you are not happy with Just an Agent.

To go even further in making sure we provide the best customer service possible, in the event that you didn’t use our services in any way, we allow you to cancel your membership and will refund you in full up to 7 days past the billing date.

Our team will also send you an email reminding you of your upcoming subscription charge 72 hours in advance. Here you can update your subscription preferences if need be.

If at any point you decide this isn’t for you, you can easily cancel by navigating to the “manage your subscription” section at the bottom of your client portal and updating your billing preferences. You’ll be prompted to enter your email and you’ll receive a one-time link from Stripe via email where you can cancel your subscription.
